Groundbreaking ceremony for new production and dispatch facility at Euerdorf headquarters

The symbolic first groundbreaking ceremony on 16 October 2025 marked the official start of construction for perma's new production and dispatch facility at its Euerdorf headquarters. This modern building project not only represents continued growth and technological innovation, but also a clear commitment to the Euerdorf location and headquarters.

Room for further growth and innovation

All products are developed, tested and produced at the Euerdorf headquarters, thereby representing Made in Germany quality and innovation. The new building now creates the spatial and structural conditions required for continued growth and the consolidation of our technological leadership.

‘Our growth and the expansion of our product portfolio mean we have increasingly reached our capacity limits. This development is therefore a logical step forward,’ explains Dr Abassin Aryobsei, CEO.

Sustainable future investment

When planning the new facility, we placed particular emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The building will be equipped with photovoltaic panels and use a heating system powered by renewable energy. This not only contributes to climate protection, but also secures our long-term economic stability by means of energy self-sufficiency.

‘The new hall reinforces our economic stability, creating room for further growth and securing regional jobs,’ adds Peter Mayr, CFO. ‘This investment represents a long-term commitment to our Euerdorf site.’

Modern workspace and future-orientated processes

With a floor area of over 2,000 square metres, the new building will provide increased capacity for production and transportation. The upper floors will house modern workstations, meeting rooms and communal areas that encourage dialogue and collaboration.

‘Construction is scheduled to start in November 2025, with completion planned for spring 2027,’ explains Dr Matthias Lenhart, Global Head of Technology and Production at perma and internal project manager for the new building.

This pioneering project reinforces perma's role as an innovative regional employer and as an international company.
