Product characteristics 
 
The perma NET lubrication system includes several components: perma NET Control Center (NCC) for central control and monitoring;
perma NET Drive multi-point lubrication system; direct distributor perma MP-6; NET Power (connection between the power supply unit and NCC); NET I/O
(for integration of external equipment).

NET Control Center (NCC)
  • Central control and monitoring unit
  • Displays current operating status of each lubrication system
  • Central programming and configuration
    for all lubrication systems
NET Drive
  • Programmed and adjusted centrally at NCC
  • Internal monitoring and transmission of operating status to NCC
  • Functions as a multi-point lubrication system in combination with direct
    distributor MP-6
  • Individual discharge amount can be programmed for up to 6 outlets at the NCC
  • Direct lubricant distribution without pressure loss
  • Monitoring of each individual outlet

Application
 
perma NET is used on roller- and sliding bearings, sliding guides, transport chains, open gears, and seals. In  combination with diverse multi-point lubrication systems for various lubrication points, perma NET is extremely versatile. Each lubrication point can be individually supplied with the ideal
lubricant and the optimal amount, even on large systems with numerous lubrication points.

  11. Up to 100 Net Drives can be operated in one NET system
  12. Total cable length of up to 1000 m possible
  13. Lubricants with solid content are possible with direct distributor MP-6
